Pittsburgh - The CollegeCity
The CollegeCity is a regional initiative uniting area colleges,
tourism, and government. Developed and managed by Collegia,
Inc. in collaboration with Pittsburgh Council for Higher Education
(PCHE) and the Pittsburgh Regional Alliance, this program endorses the
belief that attending college in a culture-rich region such as Pittsburgh,
with multiple industries and a myriad of internship opportunities, enriches
the college experience and better prepares a student for life beyond college.

Since 1995, we've been the leading experts on the campus visit, offering
a full menu of products and services designed to enable any college or
university to build a world-class campus visit experience. Working with
regional collaborations as well as individual schools, we position location
as a competitive advantage - raising awareness of your city or region
as a great place to experience college. Then we create programs that roll
out the red carpet for visiting prospects and parents alike.
Our core belief, now shared by many economists and politicians alike,
is that a region's prosperity is directly tied to its ability to attract,
nurture and retain knowledge workers. Serving as a strategist, catalyst
and facilitator, Collegia has created several public-private partnerships
that serve as working models for other regional revitalization efforts.
Currently, Collegia oversees three regional public-private partnerships,
involving more than 47 colleges and universities.
